Setup Reporting

In this article we will explain how to setup extended e-mail reporting. In this way you will be able to monitor how your back-up jobs are performing.

Add Reporting #

You can setup reporting by navigating to the ‘configuration’ tab on the left side menu.

Next, go to ‘Reporting’ and click on the Add Reporting + button. You will now see the Reporting wizard. You are able to create two types for reports:

  1. Daily Reports to monitor Backup Job performance and succes rates
  2. Monthly Tenant Reports to receive a total overview of your tenant(s) at the end of each month. This report contains license information, data growth, last successful restore and more.

Fill in the e-mail address where you would like to receive the daily reports. Next, select the preferred time to receive the email reports.

You also have some more advanced settings to choose from. Select your desired settings and submit your actions.

After this you have successfully configured reporting for your Back-IT 365 environment!
